as the title says....give or take a few bucks....im replacing everything branded dell on the dell my friend gave me (Case PSU MoBo and CPU cooler)

ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU 120mm ~50$
ABIT IC7-G MAXII Socket 478 Intel 875P ATX Intel Motherboard ~140$
just need a psu....the suff i already have for it is
2.8 P4 northwood
1gig of crap infineon mem
120 gig WD HDD
ATI 9800 pro with samsung memory
Sound blaster audigy 2

jk. Just go to newegg, make it list psu's, list it by price, look at the AMPS on the 12v, 5.5v, and 3.3v rails. It's listed either on the little description before you click an item, or half-way down the page or so once you do. Look at the efficiency rating. Look at reviews. You'll prolly find a good deal within your price range.
I'd go for at the very least:
3.3@20
5v@28
12v@16
It's always good to spend as much as you can on a psu though...You'd be surprised how many issues can be caused by insuffient or crappy power. Sparkle/Fortron are good companies to look at for a cheap, sturdy psu.

Before I bought my Fortron, I thought long and hard about buying that exact same PSU, the 420AD. From what I hear, it's a great little beast, and much better in terms of quality and value than the higher-rated TT psus, which are generally considered to be crap. If you can afford it, I say go for that one. I would've suggested it, I just thought it might be out of the price range. I also didn't see they have free shipping on it, which basically makes it the same price as a $30 psu after shipping.
