Thermal paste - AS2/5 vs Zalman grease?

Which one of those would work the best with DI/LN2? Or more to the point, would any of them world decently or do I have to get myself some ceramique or similar?

The reason I included AS2 is that it's quite different from AS5 so I thought it might be better for ultra-low temps.

Ceramique is better than those two but from what a heard just cheap thermal paste works best at subzero temps.

I use Ceramique when I bench Dry Ice, works a treat.
