every one of thos efiles that has 48k KB seems to have teh same files inside of them, when they are all in the zipped folder though they end with a unique # I got a setup screen by unzipping one of teh folders but it errors out.

Looks like each archive contains a "chunk" of each file, rather like a RAID0 array. I think you can merge them with WinRAR. And by the way, those files are probably closer to 48MB than 48KB ;)

Just look in WinRAR for a way to merge the files, it is possible.

I will look in winrar thanks, and I said 48k KB, as in 48,000 KB

It helps if you set windows to show file extensions, so you know which one is the main rar archive(.rar, not .r01, .r02, etc.).

Masterofpuppets is right, you must merge the files with winrar

You don't have to merge them, it's a multipart archive, you just open the first one and extract and there's probably an ISO files inside so use Nero or anything that can burn ISOs to burn the CD, and wolla you got the Longhorn bootable! :)

I don't feel like installing Longhorn just yet, I will definitely try the Vista RC (or beta or whatev) when it comes out :)
