They what you to use anti-aliasing which is a process of removing the jagged edges of the image which results in it being more appealing to the eye. It basicly makes up for a lack of reslution in an image.

text is rather unreadable. make it thicker or a different color i think. but the way it is, i have very hard time reading it.

i find for fire , it is good to use photoshop

•first draw a flat layer of orangey - yellow , then inside that layer half way down draw some orangey-red , make sure it's flat

______________________________________________
ORANGEY - YELLOW
______________________________________________
ORANGE-RED

PH34R MY 1337 ASCII SK1LLZ

•now simply take the smudge tool , about 31px works well for me, and smudge the orangey yellow upwards , gradually getting less and less until it comes to a tip, then do the same for the red , but remmeber in flames the red doesn't have a tip to it , its more blunt.

Et Voila! theres your fire

if you want to get tricky you could make it oxygen fire (blue) with some 'lighter than navy' blue , and teal.
or make it a chemicle fire (different colours) like green fire ;) or purple flames with a yellow base ;)

just my two cents ...

You could easily make better flames in GIMP. Photoshop is for lazy newbz. :woot:
