Ok I kinda have an idea of what liqwid nitrogen is but can you run it through a water colling system.

no, it would not last long enough to be able to run theough a water cooling loop, it would evaporate too fast. Your tubing would become super brittle too and might even break under the stress so i doubt it would work too well. Remember this stuff boils at -180c so its not stuff to be taken ligthly.

i believe chilly1 and fugger did a circulatory LN2 system at the ATI event. You might want to ask them for details, but it's probably not practical to set up for home use.

yeah i doubt anything short of thick insulated copper tubbing would be able to hold up to -180 and thats a whole :banana::banana::banana::banana:load of brazing right there :p:

btw LN2 is nitrogen cooled to its liquid state (below -180) and usualy its is but in a thick copper tube and mounted on your CPU or GPU

I think chilly1 and fugger just had LN2 tubes with valves coming right off the tank dumping it into the container, rather than just refilling it by hand.
