EL DDR PC3200 DC Value VX still UTT/Brainpower?

Is EL DDR PC3200 DC Value VX (OCZ4001024WV3DC-K) still Winbond UTT and Brainpower? I checked it under the ram list but it is already 2 months old. Hopefully OCZ did not change the chips...
