Hello All,
I was wondering if this hyperx from newegg was the older kind that could be BH-5 or is the newer kind most likely CH-5 chips? I have 1 stick of the older hyperx3500 with BH-5 and have another stick with newer revision CH-5 chips. The performance and bandwidth I get are kinda lousy since I can't run the CH-5's at extra low latency at 217.

Thanx in advance.

They are BH-5, but keep in mind that they are refurbished.

Thanx Spike. I'll take my chance on them I guess.

Well, they are pretty expensive considering that is a refurbished item. Better go an get some TCCD or the newer Winbond based memories.

HHmmm, what do you suggest are good priced TCCD 1GB (2x512) set? That is a pretty good idea, I could then sell these sticks and hopefully end up not losing too much money.

*why didn't I think of that??* :stick:
