im building a new pc and wanting 2 oc it, ive seen some ppl only have 2.5Ghz on a 3500 & others have 2.8Ghz on a 3200, r the 3500s not good ocers?

Nope, they are not good OCers at all. No one uses them. Everyone uses either a 3000+ Venice or a 3700+ San Diego. Save some money and go for the 3000+ since it overclocks pretty much the same as the 3200+
