:D What would U recommend? I know G.Skill, OCZ & A-DATA do easily DDR600, but only at 2,5-4-3-x or 2,5-4-4-x. Looking for 2,5-3-3-x at DDR600.

I think Corsair XLPT with TCCD will work out your desires. My friend's TCCD Corsair is able to hit 300 MHz with 2.5-3-3-x timings easily with 2.9V.

Or try to find an early production OCZ PC3200EL rev2 Plat (before they had other TCCD product) .

My sticks do 309 at 2.5-3-3-7 2.9v with a Winchester but wont go past 305 with my Sandi :(

As far as I know once they started binning them to higher specs the only other TCCD OCZ had that could make those timings where the 4200EL Plat .

As Cupra said the G.Skill FF is a sure bet,but pricey.

:D The G.Skill is here in EU ~$300.......... :stick: - so I think I will get a pair of Corsair's XL - at EBAY for half the price.

In some reviews it was able to go 295 with 2.5-3-3-7 and 12 x 295 is in my benching range.

Just want to compare the CAS 1.5 at 275 to CAS 2.5 at 295 and I want to see if there is any improvement in 3D'01 rsing 1GIG.

But I won't spend $300.............. ;)

EDIT: Huh - $300 is GF......., FF is here in EU ~$400
