Ideas to make ANYTHING that will cool water to cooler then Ambient Temps?

I want to build a water chiller.
Anything that helps cool the water.
I have tons of ideas.
some more expensive then others, but each I know I can do.

does anyone here have any links, ideas or anything to building a water chiller?

Quite a few ppl using dehumidifiers...wish I had a link for ya, but I'm sure you could search the net to find some examples :)

Dehumidifiers, freezers, fridges, air conditioners, numerous TECs (that's pretty heavy on the power bill though), waiting till it's really cold outside, and putting a big tub of water outside ;). About all I can think of offhand.
