Burn in help

Well just got a new set of UTT. I have heard of the burn ins but since I grabbed my VX used they where burnt enough lol. Anyone have links to a guide or suggestions on just how to burn them in? Also is the sole purpose to get higher clocks out of the ram or what? :confused:

Its a myth. More likely burnout, from the moment you start using them. Slowly but surely over time, will degrade.
Increase of speed just does not make sence.
