I'm trying to calculate amperage for my PSU, and I have no idea what the +12V 4-Pin Power Connector is for, on an AMD 64 939 motherboard. I know that large power connector has two +12V cables in it, and now I just remembered that those motherboards have a second power connection, which is this 4-pin connector. Is this for the CPU, or is that what the +12V is for on the larger connector?

The 12 volt 4 pin connector is for the CPU, yes.
