So whats the best ram for less than $170 (2x512mb)?

I was completly decided on this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146355

Now they are TCC5 and cant do 250fsb 2-2-2-6

Im basically looking for something that can either do 305mhz 1:1 or 250mhz 2-2-2-6 3.2v

im selling my ch-5.

Plus i need 1 gig for bf2 :(

BTW i can get 3.28v on the ram using the pin trick so i guess thats the max volts i can use for ram at 250mhz

Very often in the classifieds you can pick up a gig of MUSHKIN Redline XP4000... the BEST there is for the nf4! Mine does 250+ at 3.2v...

not definately... mine doesn't get past 280 no matter wat.. as well as a few others
the OCZ plat rev2 holds a better chance of 300mhz..... altho it is using tcc5....
