i have some 44B 1A4t BH-5 twinmos speed premium 2x512mb sticks. i was wondering if anyone knew how they perform compared to each other. wich one is seeing the best results overall and thier scalability with voltage? thanks for any help here.

I have the 44 and the 50 1AAT sticks and there is no difference. I don't imagine there would be much difference with the 1A4T sticks either.

xxD's are (CH-UTT) -> tRFC is limited to minimum a of 14 @ higher freqs.

xxB's are (BH-UTT) -> tRFC can be lowered to a minimum of 12 @ higher freqs. Can do tRCD 2 @ lower voltage. Can take higher voltages due to being 175nm.

Afaik the scalability is almost identical on both.
