What are the timings on this xp4400 mushkin?

What kinda timings are on this xp4400 Mushkin??

I currently own some xp4000 2-2-2-51T, should i go with the 4400 on my new NF4 SLI-DR or keep my current xp4000?

Thanks, but can someone answer my quesiton whether i should stick w/ xp4000 or get xp 4400, cpu can go up to 295HTT 10x/x3.

i just bought the XP4400 1gb kit. I have it running at 270 1:1 with my opty and timmings are 2.5-3-3-7 1T ay 2.7v (max my board gives) remember this is a NF3 board... i think it was a good deal.
