OCZ Gold vs Gold VX vs Plat rev2

What is the difference between OCZ 3200 Gold and 3200 Gold VX they are both UTT right? is there a difference in OCability. And what are failure rates with them, im asking since i would have someone bring it to me from canada and im in a eastern european country from where i wouldn't not know how to RMA them and where, should i just get the 3200 Plat Rev2 TCC5 sticks instead?

VX = eXtreme Voltage

I think the difference is that they let you give 3.6 +/- 5% Volts to it without avoiding your warranty ;). In the Gold case that is not stated.
