I avoid any memory that's binned lower than a companys highest because it couldn't do the higher speed in their tests. If a different company sells UTT or TCC5 or whatever based memory and their highest end sticks are only 3200 then I buy those because you are getting the best binned chips and have a chance for really good ones. With lower binned memory you don't have a chance to really get the best chips because those have all been sent to the 4000 line.
