KT400 And 1/6th Divider

Just a quick question,

Is it that the KT400 chipset doesn't support the 1/6th divider or is it that the current bioses don't support it ?

I'm asking this question because I want to run my 2400+ at 200FSB but don't like the 40 Mhz pci speed, also I can't remember.

I heard that Via admitted the chipset doesn't support it.

Yeah, it was supposed to have it, and the original BIOSes on many KT400 boards have the option to enable it. The board manufactureres since removed it, because VIA screwed it up somehow. Hopefully KT400A will resolve the issue :rolleyes:.
