OUCH! That probably isnt feasable to repair.. loks like the coil, a few resistors and the mosfets are awefully CRIPSY.

1 year? it should have a warranty if it cost $1000!! :(

From what I can find, I think their amps are warrantied for 2 years. speakers for 1.

Definatly check with them first if possible-- if not, heres my results from the search:

Can only find KX850, no 800. must be rather old, so it'll probably be hard to replace these parts if you cant read them off of the burnt parts, as we will need a xdatasheet.

buying these individually may not be cheap, and resoldering them, can defeat the purpose of having the coils and such, but deinftaly worth a shot.

Need either a datasheet, or part numbers.

Looks like you'll have to get part numbers off of the burnt mosfets.

If you do repair it add a little fan so it won't overheat agian.

Im sure somebody in the US would be kind enough to take care of the warranty for you if you sent them your amp. If all else fails. Definately give kicker a call.

I guess it's kinda' late, but that seems just like some leaked capacitors .... replace all the surrounding ones, maybe the nearby resistors too and give it a good cleanup job; it should still work OK.

Check to see if the PCB is not affected, the solution in the caps is acid.

hey thanks for all the help so you think all this is due bad caps damn....

From the looks of it it overheated and blew some caps, mosfets, and the coil. Like micutzu said, check if the pcb is damaged. If it isn't, then you might be able to repair it. BTW, what gauge cable were you using, and was that the power or the signal plugs? If it was the signal, I'd recommend using a thicker guage cable and having a fan blowing over it to cool it. Make sure that if you add a fan that there is a vent at the other end for the heat to leave, preferable having the fan at the bottom and vent at the top.

The mosfets and definetely the coils seem OK, thery're just dirty/corroded by the substance in the caps.

Looks dead to me.

I think all those fets are dead as are those caps.

I think the caps probably went as a result of the fets failing, either spikes or they just got overvolted.

Did the sound quality get slowly worse, or did it just go bang?

if it went bang I would search your wiring VERY carefully for potential short circuits as thats probably what caused it.

it was LOUD and suddenly a lot of smoke the amp did turn on but not sound

my wiring is very very protective i have a 80amp fuse a 1.1farad cap and 150amp fuse in the amplificator so i think is well protected of any kind of Over voltage or spike really i dont know and if you say is dead well that is a very bad news for me :(
