tccd I think
Because the voltage

uhh.. he can get up to 4v vdimm. if that isnt enough then damn your BH5's love voltage.
UTT with 3,1V can run 300Mhz 2-2-2-5
but can't run with div 1:1
with A64 2800+ (dfi lp nf3 250gb)

^ so therefore it cant run at 300mhz 2-2-2-5 with 3.1v :p:
UTT and BH5 will do around 260mhz 2-2-2-5 with around 3.6v, TCCD is your best bet for very high memory clocks but slower timings (higher clocks make up for it tho)
not...
this my system
DFI LP NF3 250Gb
A64 2800+ S 754 @2700 300X9 Vcore 1.8v
TM SP UTT 256mb X 2 @300Mhz 2-2-2-5 (in bios 3.4v but i look in MBM just 3.1v)
all with div 6:5
twiggy

The UTT isnt running 300mhz, its running @250. :stick:
ooo......
my utt can run in 300 with 3-4-4-8
divider 1:1

Which memory? VX? REdline?? What voltages do you use to get to that

Correct me if I am wrong, maximum voltage for BH-5 is 3.6v, is it the same for UTT?
In many cases a full 4v in boards like DFI NF4, would that kill BH-5 in no time?
pleasure

If you are not using descent memory cooling, YES... 3.6v seems to me like the max 24/7.. for some benches you can use 3.7 - 3.8v of course :D
EDIT:
I have some TCCD doing 330MHz @ 2.5-4-4-8. What speeds @ 2-2-2-5 are comparebale in benchmarks to my TCCD?
