At the time I was shopping for RAM, some people told me this was TCCD memory:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820220033

However, I just want to double check again with people that have this to make sure it's TCCD. Also how do I remove the heatspreader so that I can look at the chips to confirm that it's TCCD? Is it hard to put the heatspreader back on after taking it off? Thanks!

Based on some of the buyers reviews, it seems to be TCCD. I'd say it's got to be either UTT or TCCD based on timings 2225, but it's over priced for UTT.

Well I bought this back in December 2004 base on what some people said. I'm just wondering if anyone here has instructions on how to remove the heatspreader and reinsert it afterwards?

bump, I need information on how to remove the heatspreader and how to read the codings on the chip to determine if it's TCCD. Surely I'm not the only one on this forum with this RAM?
