Help! Irql_not_less_or_equal

Help I finally installed my new rig but when I start up the computer pop in the windows xp disc...and hit enter to install windows.......a blue screen error pops up saying
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

and then Tech Info has: 0x000000A
and then some other numbers someone help please...

It would be most helpful if we knew what your "new rig" consisted of otherwise it might be hard to help you with the problem. Anyway, a device is causing conflicts. I can't guess.

Go into your bios, and under advanced bios/chipset options, look for a serial port option, and disable it. I dont think anyone uses serial ports.

I believe it was a Memory Error according to other people so I ran both sticks and Here are the results of memtest86

thats a picture of the error and yes there was an error thanks for that....Im testing one ram at a time at this point and im just so frustrated since this is my first time im buildling a comp by myself

Make sure you have the VDIMM voltage cranked up and a small fan blowing on the RAM.

Well I figured it out and it was putting my DRAM to 3.0 volts instead of the default of 2.6 since my Mushkin requires 3.0 volts :D doh! Anyways now the problem is connecting to the internet I have some posts over the forum but if you dont get a chance to read it here it is:
installed my new computer
DFI Lanparty Ultra nf4
Mushkin Redline XP3500
AMD 64 3200+ Venice

my internet connection does not seem to working. I keep getting "Limited or No Connection", and "Acquiring network address" over and over again. I installed the Marvell Lan drivers. I also tried a whole bunch of fixes, I even reverted back to XP Home and still nothing..I tried using msconfig and release and renewing but it said it could not reach my DHNS server or something lik ethat.. Someone if anyone had this error or knows how to fix it please help.
