G.Skill FR rated better but cheaper than LA?

Hey. I recently stumbled upon the G.Skill FR memory. It has better specs than the LA yet it costs much cheaper. However, I have seen few people using it; I'd think it would be a lot more popular considering its amazing price compared to other memories of its caliber. I know G.Skill always sticks to its specifications because it bins well, and I think if your memory won't do what they say, you can get it replaced. Should I get it? I am tempted, but there are no records with it or anything.
