Charset conversion

I have a .csv file encoded in utf-8 (unicode), however my Excel only read iso-8859 so when i open the file with Excel i get weird symbols instead of the accented letters. I googled for more than an hour to find a soft that would do the conversion with no result.

I need this really bad for work
