Hi, I was wandering if you guys have any idea how well would unmatched sticks of:

TwinMOS TMSP400 1A4T 44D (UTT/BH-5)
TwinMOS TMSP400 AA4T 44D (UTT/CH-5)

Work together?

BH-5 has been tested and is working at 250 MHz with 3.4V. CH-5 I just got today.

Well then test the CH-5 at the same settings as the BH-5 ;). If it works, they should be able to work 2gether.

Yeah I know I can always try and see if they are both running at given speed separately, but I was just wandering if anyone can comment more indepth on it, given that they usually have different voltage curves. Thanks.

you'll be at the mercy of whichever has the lowest speeds for X voltage. that should be it. :stick:
