ok so here i am a week after the demo came out. i orded my self Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200C2PT TwinX just for this game which isnt a problem. But what im not happy about is my fps with all settings on high at 1280x1024 aa4x af16x im only getting around 25\30 fpswhich isnt playable for me. So i thought why not over clock and get abit more of my my pc. Iv been overclocking all day and have started to wonder if this ram was the right stuff for me.

I can get a 10x255 - 2.55Ghz overclock stable, but with a poor divider. so i tried 11x230 with 1:1 divider but it was unstable so iv taken it down to 11x228 1:1 @ 2.7v still unstable and mem typing is 3-3-8-3. i feel this is really poor overclock becuase of my ram.

So what im thinking is would i get a better fsp with OCZ 1GB (2 x 512MB) PC3200 Dual Channel Platinum Series EL-DDR REVISION 2 CAS2 running at 11x237 fsb 1:1 2.85v with a nice timing at 2-2-5-2 giving me a lovely overclock.

one things would i lose even more fps with less ram?

Thanks - Mark.

I think at that resolution with 4xaa and 16xaf ur GFX limited more than anything, even with an X800XT, you only real option is SLI, or a 7800 series card when they come out in a few days.
