Help me get a setup :)

I just went to AutoZone and put an order for a 86 Chevy Chevette Heater Core, but I aven;t picked anything else.. Im going to get a Swifty, but I don't know which?? :confused: The 5000 has 3/8" barbs and the 462-UH has 1/2", so I don;t know what to get.. I don't know how big the barbs are on the Chevy core, I also need a good pump and somewhere to buy :), the rest I might pick up @ HomeDepot or really cheap online. :)

The inlet/outlet on the Chevette core are 5/8 & 3/4"...the 3/4" reduces down to 5/8" before it enters the core so I trimmed both inlet/outlet down so that I now have 5/8" on both & I simply stretch 1/2" ID Tygon over them :)

If you're willing to spend the money I'd email Cathar about his block(see this forum for his post about it) as it seems to be the best-performing option to date ;)

Thx.. I alread put an Order for the the MCW5000-A, My dad modded the Chevy heater core with 1/2" Barbs.. I'm also getting a Via 1300 Pump w/ Reservoir. I got a bunch of tubing from Home Depot. So im pretty much setup :)
