with 2.85 i got the Hynix on my Geil ram to 238 2.5-2-2-11 on my NF2 board

from what i understand, Hynix D43 and D5 is like TCCD in the way it acts but it usually cannot match TCCD in frequency plus Hynix wont hold tight timmings at high frequencies

though from what ive been told by a few, that Hynix can tolerate a little more voltage than tccd (just word from another forum user)

your best bet is try to push some more vdimm or loosen the timmings up

D5 usually does 250 at 2'5-4-4 and 280 at 3-4-4.

Wich D5 do you have? BT-D50, CT-D50 or DT-D50, this last one can do 300 at 3-4-4, maybe more, but don't try with 2'5-3-3 at that frequencies..

I got 2x256MB adata pc4000 at 314 3-4-4 long time ago (unstable), It could 290 at 3dmark, and if I remember it correctly, the vdimm was 3v.

didn't know that the D5 also have "steppings" ............
i will chak that as soon as i will shut down
on 3v i will have to coll tha mem down with a small fan ??

i have 2*512 , it can change something ?
