2gb 3200 vs. 1gb 4000

Im building a computer for a friend with parts i have now. She is goin to use it for photoshop, internet, music and maybe very little gaming.

So which is better 2gb of pc3200 corsair value ram or 1gb pc4000 corsair xms pro?

yah that was what i was thinking. I got here a gig of 3200 to start which saved her money. and if she wants another gig it wont be that expensive.
