View Full Version : Killed bios on DFI nf3UT which savior should i get?

i look at their website and dont knoo what bios to get?
I have a rd1-pmc4 already on my infinity, will this work for nf3?
i sure hope so if not Is there anyway i can get the savior with already flashed bios? if not im screwed.
The RD1-PMC4 works on my DFI nF4... from the pics of the nF3, it looks to be the same BIOS chip used... if you read the part number on it you can tell... it's a SST 49LF004 on the nF4. If it's the same, flash the nF3 BIOS into the BIOS savior EEPROM, then put it in your nF3 ;)

Past experience with hot-flashing NForce boards :lol: shows that all NF2/NF3/NF4 based boards use same BIOS chip ;)

nf3 has sst bios infinity has winbond chip when i try to flash the nf3 chip in the savior it sais invalid type or something like that and wont let me flash it, should i put inf bios in savior and flash nf3 to eeprom?
ima try that and post results
