Question about Prometia: I got a white one, if I paint it silver will it void warr

Will painting the case of the Prometia void the warranty. If so I won't do it. But I wanted to put it on the bottom of my Silver Antec tower with window etc... and would look a TON better if it matched my case

I hope not, coz thats exactly what I did to mine. Have an Antec 1080AMG. Looks good this way. Its just too bloody heavy, 37kg all up.

Keep in mind -- that under federal law (Magnuson-Moss Act) a manufacture must honor the warranty on a product unless the repair problem is a result or the mod.

I doubt that anyone can claim that silver paint caused your compressor to die.
