Error Code 9.0. on an AA8XE

I'm posting here as a last chance before RMA: for the second time, my mobo frost during POST, stopping at error code 9.0.

Yesterday, I turned off the computer before sleeping, everything was working fine, this morning, I woke up, pressed the switch...and: error 9.0. one the tiny display... I cleared CMOS, waited for a couple of hours, tried to replace cpu/ddr2/gpu/psu, but still nothing...

Last time, it was three days after buying it, the mobo locked on 9.0. on reboot, and it disappeard by itself, after many clear cmos, and waiting 24 hours.

As we're on XS, for sure, my CPUGPU were overclocked, but nothing fancy, only 630@4500 (works up to 5300), ddr2 @333Mhz (normal for ddr2-667), and 6600GT @ 600/1200.

My computer:
AA8XE, rev 1.0, bios 22
P4 630
one stick of HyperX 667
6600GT
Antec 550W
Homemade phase changes (replaced with aircooling for debug)

I hope someone from Abit will be able to help me finding a solution, I do'nt want to change my m/b :nono: :)

i've 90 error too.
Chek your CPU installation.
In my MoBo it's freezed and then brocken leg. :cry:

Error code 90 on Phoenix bios = Initialize hard-disk controler.(Beep)=3-2-1-1

it's not "90" but "9.0." it seems different, I RMAed my board, I'm waiting for a refund... :(
