Is the pelican puck for XBOX live anygood, or is there a better brand?

I've found that most of the offbrand xbox live headsets suck. I would just get the regular headset. its only 30 dollars and if you buy one off ebay u can get it even cheaper. The halo 2 headset is also very nice because it won't break as easy as the regular headsets but its also more expensive but well worth it.

i got a pelican controller, it sucked, so based on that ill never buy pelican again.
