After doing most of the tweaks in the sticky, I shaved off a good amount of time. Before the tweaks I was at 31sec or so, then I finally got to the low 30s...30.3 actually on Sunday.
So today I decided to try and achieve my goal and after a good 2 hours of headache and luck...This is what I got...

If you disable the themes and run it as a service you should get a bit faster. :)

Nice. Did u burn your ram in?? If not, you might have a little headroom to get under 29's.

ill try again next time...One of my sticks of BH5 is a lot older than the other and doesn't go as high. I'll prolly find the max of it and tweak the divider for some better results hopefully =)
also...since I have 2x256...would it be better to set Tref to 166 15.6us?

Nice stuff....we'll see what I can do tonight....comp is going back in the freezer after doing a LOT of BIOS work, finding the perfect BIOS/memory slot configuration, and working with my ram...so we'll see what I can do....with crap memory timings and other stuff I was doing 30.078 seconds at 2.85GHz....so hopefully I'll be at 29.5 or so now.....and we'll see if I can push a whole lot farther then 2.9GHz, cus I've gained a LOT of stability at my higher clocks now (300x9 1:1 32M stable) whereas before I barely had 300x9 1M stable.
But...I digress...congrats, and keep at 'er.
