I have been using OCCT as a stability program recently and love it. I get through the 30minute stability test fine, but if I run the torture test, it isn't stable after about an hour of running it. So is this stable or not? The stability test is 100%, just not the torture.

it is not stable if the torture has errors. the just have the 30 minute test so that you can quickly test stability, torture is where you really test stability.

Well it depends, are you going to be running intensive programs for more than half an hour, if so then its not stable enough, if not then your fine.

Any errors means that errors could pop up at anytime during intensive use.
If you're using your computer and your data is critical, I suggest underclocking. Otherwise, if you don't mind a crash once in a while, leave it be. My not-prime stable rig has been on for 3 weeks with no real problems, but I don't reallyrun any cpu intensive programs.
