A quick question for the BH-5 guru's in here, I'm sitting on a pair of xms 512's (xms3205v1.1) 0308164
My question is simple, after doing some searching, I've found alot of sources saying it's Winbond BH-5, and I've found some that say it's not... Could anybody help clear this up, is it yes or no?
A quick backround, I have the P4C800-E deluxe, I've been running it for a little over a year now, and having saw all these great reviews of the dothan, I can't find a single reason not to upgrade other than slowing encoding down a little bit. But in order to get that CPU to run to its fullest potential, I'm going to need a nice set of BH-5 sticks, and ofcoarse the extra voltage to push it right. This RAM is old, and I got a good deal on it at the time I bought it (2 years atleast), $185, which is actually less than what it still sells for on newegg NOW. Feel free to make my day and confirm this is BH-5 :D
Thanks,
Agent
