M.Tec PC2100 chips - are these Winbond?

I think these might be Winbond chips. Im thinking of buying.
So far, this is the spec of the 256MB modules:

I know there is often two more digits and one letter on the end of TTD7608F8E

The person selling them says, that is all thats printed on them.
hmm, no nanosecond rating or revision letter

I think they could, Twinmoss stuff, right? BTW i think that won't do anything impresive, there are BH/CH stuff rated at 7,5ns, so in case it were winbond, i think that will do worst than BH/CH 6. I have a stick of winbond SDRAM 128mb :p: Can't OC him... :stick:
