I really dont know if this is the correct place, but ill hope for the best...

Im looking to buy one of these sets of memory to go with my sandiego... I already have bh5 thatll do 250 2-2-2-5.

Which of those sets would give me a chance to do higher than that, the gskill GH, or the muskin blue utt.

Or something totaly differnt.

between the Mushkin blue or the G.Skill gh I'd say go with the G.Skill.

If its not out of your budget then the Mushkin Redline would be my suggestion, altho I've not had any it seems to be the top choice right now for UTT.

I do realize that the mushkin redline is that awsome, but relaly, why pay 100 more dollars for 10-15 more mhz?

From what ive seen, the GH is giving the redline a run for its money. Ive stopped buying mushkin ram, so for me its G.Skill and OCZ.

would you get gskill or ocz plat rev 2?

Plat Rev 2 is a TCCD/TCC5 based module. It doesnt have low latencies at high clocks. If you have a low multiplier, like some who have a winny or venice 3000+ with a 9X, the TCC based stuff is what you want to get those high clocks. Otherwise, if you have a 10X,11, etc multi, low latency stuff is your ticket.

I have the OCZ PC3200 Gold which is like the G.skill GH series but clocks are hit and miss with it. Ive seen people hit 270's with it, avg 260s and 250s, then their are some guys only hitting 240s with it. My Value VX clocks higher then my gold.

yea i know, i have a 3700 so 11x... but id like to hit 3ghz which means 273 on the memory...

I think ill go with the rev2.
