I've got...
DFI NF4 Ultra-D
OCZ Powerstream 600w (with adjustable rails, and I have a Multi-Meter)
I'll be usuing the 3.3v feed (with Bigtoe's 'jumper mod')
2x512MB OCZ PC4000 Golv VX
2x80MM fans blowing directly on RAM.

So, what setting in the BIOS should I use, and what program should i run and for how long?

EDIT: I'm just curious. Is PC4000 Gold VX UTT-CH5 or UTT-BH5???

burn in usually takes a matter of days to about a week.

just overclock to your maximum complete stable frequency, then run demanding apps or games continuously.

it usually takes me a few weeks just to get the max OC. So I was thinkin I'd just use the following

HTT 250 (1:1)
2-2-2-8-1T
3.3vdimm (or lowest required to reach these settings)

Would this be ok, using 48 hours of Prime95 or Memtest?

i doubt 48 hours would give you your total max ever, but it'll probably give you a few more mhz. i'd say closer to a week or so should do the trick.

What exactly is "burning-in" and are you saying you should run Prime95 for like a week straight just to burn-in?

it's like breaking in shoes or hiking boots. when you break in shoes or hiking boots, you stress and bend them to get them molded and flexible enough suitable for feet.

no, don't run it straight non-stop. just put pressure on the computer by running demanding tasks for about a week (such as p95 or mt86) during work hours and/or during the night or something.
