Hey people, ive had this generic 512 pc3200 for a while now, and it o/c to about 234mhz on 2.8volts.

I would liek to know what chip my ram contains whether TCCD or BH UTT etc, so i know its limits and if it loves voltages or not.

My ram info:

On the actual ram chips is printed
"PQI PQ4D328D5 0349EP".

according to CPU-Z it runs at 2.5-4-4-8. How can i adjust these ot make em lower? ive tried bios but my pc wont rebot (maybe i am chaging wrong ones?). Will they be noticable faster if timings are chnaged? on intel or amd systems?

Thanks for helping, but it isnt there. this is not really a well known brand called "PQI" and i think it is considered generic. They even got a site though http://www.pqimemory.com/
oh and my ram is here http://www.pqi.com.tw/product2.asp?cate1=63&PROID=73

looks like it might be brainpower pcb, and possibly relabeled tccc. youre probably at the limit there
