As cool as that is (I actually want something like that) I find it tough to accept at $30... given that I have something really, REALLY similar but without the inline barb connectors that was like $4 in the local HW store.

I think I need to start selling this stuff ;)

Nice indeed. However, dont you realize the ease of making one yourself?!
That exact model of temp reader is for sale at wal-mart of all places for under $20. Then as far as actually putting it inline..... come on now... are we not modders here?!!!
Gimmie 15 minutes and a tube of superglue! And I would have one personally made!!!!

I suck at modding... I'm an overclocker  :stick:

Very pretty, but what sizes of barbs is it offered with? Accuracy +/- ?

Not much real info.

Hrmm... For some reason I thought I Read somewhere that it was 1/2" barbs... I'll have to e-mail them and ask.

Could you please post what they're response is?

I like the looks of that little LED unit, was a bit disapointed in the lack of helpfull info.

I have one right now in system but i dont know how to hook it up. There are 2 wires leading out, 1 white and the other grey. Anybody know how to hook it up so u can see the tmep. of the water.

heres the link where i bought it (http://dtekcustoms.safeshopper.com/20/19.htm?483)

Just a tip but you can make that yourself for much less. I went to Home Dept and got the digital thermometer and simply inserted the probe into my fill tube and had the bulb just touch the 'moving' water. Cost me less than $10 and gives very accurate readings.

At the moment my water temps are 28.8*

1/2" OD as all our products.

I bought the indoor/ outdoor thermostat at Fred Meyer and the T at Home Depot. Just use marine goop and your good to go.

Just buy a compu-nurse. Attaching it to the bare copper on your radiator will show results accurate to .1C.
