So i decided to get a 1x1024, and heard good things about Geil. So i spent like $85 bucks, and i got lucky. I never expected it to oc this far. Some cpuz pics included and a link to what i bought on newegg. The original timings are 3-4-4-8. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820144321

how do you think it died? Too much voltage, or just had it a long time?

Well I don't really know running fine as wine, shut it down for 10 days ( for honeymoon) came home fired it up and it started to run funny. Ran memtest, errors, prime errors, had to back it down to 440 @3.0v to get it to run stable. But MSI boards aren't suppose to run geil ram though, tried many more newer sticks to get to 1 gig, lost like 40 bucks in returns LOL. Had it for about 1 year maybe 1year 6 months :cussing:

That is good, but I found this :
e-jump - 7210 PTS - Kingston VR DT-D43 @ 10-4-4-2.5 @ 1T @ 272 MHZ @ 2.8 VDIMM

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=57649

It's a 35 dollars worth RAM. Simply amazing what cheap stuffs can do

Btw I have a pair of KVR BT-D43 capable of 275 @ 2.5-4-3-8 at 2T. Bandwith terrible at 2T...
