hey all,
im on the brink of upgrading my setup, and am looking for a new power supply. volume is a /major/ consideration because of the kind of work i do at my PC, which is what drew me to silenX.
i was gonna go for a 460W luxurae but the silenX rep said that with my spec itll pbly push it past the stated 20A on the 12v rail. im gutted cos this PSU is totally 0dBA and, despite contrary opinion on fanless power supplies, has received awesome reviews wherever i could find them. so im now considering a 600W iXtrema, which at 11-14dBA with tight specs seems like the one to watch, and was wondering how these PSU have performed for anyone here that has dealt with them?
