71.xx for beching. and 66.93 for daily use :)

71.40 looks to do the best in benchmarks.

76.50 in '05 for sure...I think 76.50 works well in '03 too. For '01 your guess is as good as mine. Why not try some out and let us know?
For games that I play a lot (read: Halo) 66.81 is the fastest driver.
