its not much warmer than nitrogen (about 10c), BUT it can take out about 2.3 times more heat per unit of mass than nitrogen, so you wouldnt need as much. its also an inert gas (and thus isnt toxic to you or anything else, unless you deprive yourself of oxygen at the same time). could this be used in a cascade for better temps, without a constant risk of leaking toxic chemicals?

it is too much rare than nitrogen and this means that is very xpensive

Its not VERY expensive. Its just not as cheap as nitrogen.

But to attempt to get it into the proper phase, being liquid, the machinery you'd need would be VERY expensive.

there is very expensive and if i'm not wrong you can put L. Ar in a ''normal'' dewar;)
