3200 rev2 not TCCD

I just removed the heatspreader from my new OCZ EL PLT PC3200 Rev2 and the chips say 510 TCC5.I was looking for some 4ns TCCD. What ram has this memory in it?The TCC5 is fast but will not do more than 266fsb at 6-3-3-2.5 1/1 at any setting.

Hi, most of the 3200 Rev 2 we were selling thta was TCCD won't do 2.5-3-3 above 266 anyway. The TCC5 are on the same die and do the 2-2-2 timings, where most TCCD won't.

Try 2.5-4-3 and 2.5-4-4 timings for a higher overclock. Our PC4200 Plat Is rated 2.5-3-3 atv 275mhz, but it is binned for that and sells for more. The PC4800 Plat is rated at 2.5-4-4 at 300mhz and of course costs even more.

Buying PC3200 that does what you have found is pretty darn good I think.

????? plat pc4200=275fsb not 266fsb?????

I will look into the 4200.I paid the same price form my 3200 as the 4200 is listed. It will not run x-3-4-2.5 or x-4-4-2.5 over 266.
