Budget RAM, i know, but from what i've heard of, these things have TCC5 chips that run at impressive speeds and latencies, at 2.7-2.8 V

What your experience with them ?

I'd appreciate some results for DDR 400 (lowest timings, highest frequency, lowest vdimm). The same for DDR 500 and upwards.

Thanks in advance.

hmmm isnt this the same as the gskill value memory? it did up to 250mhz with high vdimm and 2.5-3-3 timings iirc, but wont run faster timings...

if its different ram i dont know...

oh wow. I'm speechless :slobber:

Best bang for the buck memory i've ever seen :woot:

I wonder what these babies could do on a DFI (the test system is AN8 + a64 3000+ JBBID)

More soon.

-Later edit- : 2.75 Vdimm ;)

Ok then, got me one of those... here are the results (ALL are memtest stable).
200 mhz, 2-2-2-5, 2.5 V
215 mhz, 2-2-2-5, 2.6 V
250 mhz, 2.5-3-3-7, 2.6 V
275 mhz, 2.5-4-3-8, 2.7 V
290 mhz, 2.5-4-4-8, 2.8 V

That's pretty impressive for value-ram. I'm absolutely sure these would go even higher with some active cooling ;)

Mine are solid at 270MHz 2.5-3-3-8 @ 2.8V.
