For some reason after I burn one of my DVD's and then restarted my computer my dvd burner would not work anymore. In my computer is shows that there is a dvd drive there and when i put it a dvd it starts to load but then nothing happens. It will no longer read any kind of software. I tried plugging it into my dell but I dont know what the hell happened. For some reason the computers hard drive wouldn't start after I plugged in the DVD drive. Maybe it was just because i was stretching the cords but I checked that..... very strange. Do I just need to RMA this product?
