heya,i lurk here from time to time, but have found need to ask some questions regarding my present setup.

Im on a winchester a64 3200,939 neo2.i have 4 sticks of ocz platinum rev.2 running.

Of course, this knocks me down to 2t.

my present mem settings are(mem@200) 230 htt 2.5-3-3-10.this seems to be around the max i can do stable with 4 dimm.5524/5526 sandra mem bandwith.

now,the question. What can i try to tweak to push mem bandwith up as much as possible(a64 tweaker?)thx for any input..

I newer got mine past 438 @ 2-2-2-5, with 2*512MB BH5 and 2*512MB BH6.. It doesn't seem to be possible to get much higher with 4*512MB..
You might try to ad a little volt to them, how much are they getting? most of the time it though just doesn't change anything with TCCD...

hey bandit, welcome to XtremeSystems :toast:

there are some sweet tweaking guides in the xtreme bandwidth sub section!
go check them out :D
i dont know what chips that ocz memory is using though, there are only guides for bh5/utt and for tccd i think... but im sure some tweaks apply for your mem as well :)

thx.I have tried volts at 2.85,2.8,2.75&2.7-

2.85 is board max and i believe this ram doesnt improve with volts.Even if i loosen up timings to like 2.5-4-3-8,i cant seem to go any further. The dilemna im in is that if i use a 166 divider rather than 200 i can go higher but even at 280(bootable max it seems) 2t i cant beat bandwith at 230 2T@200?

Maybe im imagining things but i feel the slowness from the lost bandwith that 2 sticks provides, especially in games.max stable cpu overclock is 2.65 ghz btw(winchester 3200)..

I will look at the tweaks section, but as far as the neo2 is concerned ive already tried all the remedies for higher clocks boardwise(bios, bios settings, etc)

also,scores in everest>mem read 5917
mem write 1946
latency 53.8ns

writes look abnormally low?
