I see some people use this stuff. When I had it on my family PC, it boged it down. Does anyone use some of theese programs successfully with no slowdowns?

I run windowblinds all the time, even when benching. My super-pi time is only about 1 tenth faster with it off. Here is a shot of the theme I'm using now.

THe dock program is a bit graphics intensive it seems, probably because it wasn't properly optimised or something. Upgrading from a 9700pro to a 6800nu w/ all unlocked seemed to have fixed the problem partially.
